At Worldwear.pk, we know you're eager to get into your new gear. Here’s how we handle the delivery process:

1.Processing Time: All orders are confirmed and packed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2.Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.

3.Tracking: We’ll send you a tracking number via SMS/Email as soon as your package is on its way.

4.Shipping Rates: Standard delivery charges apply at checkout.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

If the fit isn't perfect or the vibe isn't right, don't sweat it. We offer a straightforward return process.

The 1-Week Policy

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days (1 week) of the order date. Items requested for return after this 7-day window will not be eligible.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure:

1.The Item is Pristine: It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

2.Tags are On: All original brand tags and packaging must remain attached.

3.Receipt Included: You have your order number or digital receipt ready.

📱 How to Start Your Return

We process all returns directly through WhatsApp for your convenience.

1.Message Us: Send a WhatsApp message to +92 328 0203461.

2.Provide Details: Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the item you wish to return/exchange.

3.Ship Back: Once our team approves your request, you will be provided with the return warehouse address. (Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is faulty).

4.Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund via Bank Transfer within 5-7 business days.
